Family Therapy
At Relational Foundations Institute, we offer family therapy for families with children, teenagers, or adult children. These sessions provide a supportive space to address conflict, strengthen communication, and rebuild trust during what are often pivotal life stages.
Adolescence and young adulthood can bring challenges around independence, boundaries, and shifting family roles, while relationships with adult children may surface unresolved patterns or generational differences. We also support families with children of any age who are navigating the complexities of neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, or learning differences, helping parents and siblings adapt, connect, and thrive together.
Our therapeutic approach helps families explore these dynamics with compassion, fostering healthier communication, stronger emotional connection, and more secure relationships. Whether the focus is navigating conflict, supporting a child’s transition into adulthood, or healing long-standing relational wounds, family therapy creates an environment where every voice is heard and families can move forward together.
